Changing Social Landscape: Democratic People's Republic of Korea 1950 - 2008

"Changing North Korean Scenery" documented by Margaret Bourke-White, the photographer attached to
US Life Magazine, Chris Marker, well-known French picture producer and Mr. Hee Jung Kim who represents
Korea, present North Korea from the time of liberalization in 1950 until 2008. 12 photographers
documented images of social change and common people in Korea with intervals of 10 years.
Despite the fact that North Korean society is changing slowly, it does not seemed to have changed on the surface.
