Natan Dvir receives fellowship

Natan Dvir has been selected for the 2009 Houston Center for Photography Fellowship for his ongoing project, “Shelter.”

This project investigates the increasing global neglect of refugees and people internally displaced by conflict and persecution, and includes images from Israel and Colombia. For more information, please visit the Houston Center for Photography.
