Chilean hideout of former Nazi and accused child molester Paul Schaefer

The Primary School of the Villa Baviera enclave is attended by over 200 hundred Chilean and German children. The former leader of the community, Paul Schaefer, was captured on March 9, 2005 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Schaefer fled to Chile after WWII and hid his Nazi background as he settled in the peaceful community. Schaefer fled the German settlement ahead of suspicions that he had molested over 17 young children in the community. He was sought after by Interpol for over 10 years until March 9, 2005 when he was arrested in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He has been extradited to Santiago, Chile where he awaits prosecution on multiple counts of child molestation and murder as he is also suspected of involvement in numerous acts of torture and homicide of opponents to the regime of former Chilean dictator Pinochet.His leader, Paul Schaefer, was captured on Wednesday 9, in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The former nazi soldier was a fugitive of Chilean Justice since 1995, wich released a warrant to him for child abuse of 17 childrens and the murderer of a communist Chilean in Paul Schafer's lands.
